Heather Jenkins is a seasoned property manager with a real estate career spanning back to 2008, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience to the Tampa Bay market. Since 2014, she has served as Director of the Property Management Department at Keller Williams, where she has led daily operations, built efficient systems, and developed a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service to both property owners and residents. Her leadership, organization, and long-standing industry experience make her a trusted partner for clients seeking reliable, results-driven management.

Heather’s background includes managing large portfolios of single-family homes for a major investment company, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both institutional and individual ownership goals. Originally raised in Fort Lauderdale, Heather spent time living in San Diego before relocating to Tampa in 2007, where she has built both her career and strong community ties. Outside of real estate, she is deeply passionate about animal welfare, especially her devotion to Pit Bulls. She actively fosters dogs and works closely with local shelters and rescue organizations, advocating for the breed and helping place them in safe, loving homes. Her compassion and commitment carry over into her work, where she is known for her care, dedication, and strong sense of responsibility.
