Lara Kelly is a full-time property manager with Suburban Tampa Rentals, combining corporate leadership experience and hands-on community involvement to serve property owners and residents across the Tampa Bay area. Born in Sarasota and raised in Venice, Florida, she moved to the Tampa area in 2006 and has deep roots along Florida’s Gulf Coast.​

Lara graduated from Florida State University with a major in Business Management and an emphasis in Human Resources, then built a 21-year corporate career with Gateway Computers and Sprint Wireless in roles including manager, auditor, and Indirect Account Executive. She has been a Realtor and Property Manager for about seven years and has been licensed as a real estate agent since October 2018, giving her strong expertise in both client relations and operational detail.​

Active in her community, Lara has served as Treasurer of the Fishhawk Youth Baseball Organization in Lithia since 2021 and as Chairman of the Social Committee for the Channing Park Homeowners Association since 2017. She loves spending time with her family, going on cruises, traveling, and watching her teenage son play baseball, which inspires her warm, family-focused approach to property management.​
