Sarah Morrow is a dedicated full-time property manager with Suburban Tampa Rentals, bringing more than a decade of local real estate experience to owners and residents across the Tampa Bay area. Born and raised in Indianapolis, she relocated to St. Petersburg in 2010 and has been proudly calling the region home ever since.

Sarah studied Culinary Arts and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Butler University, later teaching in Indianapolis, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County Schools for seven years before transitioning into real estate in 2013. This background in education gives her a calm, organized, and highly communicative approach to property management, helping clients feel informed and supported at every step.

As a past President (2024–2025) and Sustainer member of the Junior League of St. Petersburg, as well as a Princess in the 2023 Royal Court and active member of the Queen of Hearts organization, Sarah is deeply involved in the local community and brings that same service mindset to her work with owners and tenants. When she is not managing properties, she enjoys spending time with her two children (with a third on the way in January 2026), volunteering, cooking, boating, and running—connecting her love of family, service, and the Gulf Coast lifestyle.
